Ruby Tuesday

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! We have been coming here for 3 years at least once a week. The chicken was fried in old grease and hard as a rock! We had a piecemeal dinner! One member waited 30 mins for fries and hush puppies to come with entre! Waitresses not good. Not very friendly. Acted like they didn’t want to be there. Never going back,

Although I can’t complain about the food, the service leave a lot to be desired. I was working in the area and tried this location. The waitress was nice enough, but very slow. I tried it again another night and was seated in another location in the restaurant with another waitress. Same issue. I had to wait to give my drink order and I waited for some time for the drink. I left before it arrived. I am usually very patient when waiting. This seemed as though they did not even care to do the job. I will probably never go to anothe Ruby Tuesday’s again because of both of these experiences. Even though I have said lots about the service, the food was really good. They need to work on service if they want to attract more costumers.

Great choices on the salad bar, was very good. I also had the honey bourbon chicken which was tender and very good, sweet potato was also very good. Had a Ruby Relaxer and it was very yummy. Overall a great experience! Our waitress was super nice and very friendly and was attentive. I'd definitely go back!

I have been here several times, some days they were pretty good but some days they were very bad. Today, we ordered steak and ribs, but the meat quality was bad. The steak was too hard, and the ribs were lack of salt ! Indeed, the salad bar was very good, and so as the drink. The dessert we ordered was too sweet and I did not like. The people work here are good, and the environment inside is also relaxing. But most of the time they take much time to bring the check.

My family and I ate here and the service was horrible. It was extremely hot inside and our waiter looked like he had just grabbed his shirt out of the dryer and came to work. We ordered our food and I only received one of my two sides. I had to ask our waiter for my salad after I had almost eaten all my food. It was very poor service and needless to say the food made me sick. I'm not sure how it was prepared but I'm sick even as I write this review. Never again will we dine at Ruby Tuesday Starkville Ms location. This business has great potential to be a wonderful establishment. Management needs some tweaking in order to get the wait staff up to greater expectations.
