If you don’t like your job. Go home. Simple as that. You do not have to treat customers with the disrespect you do. We all have a job to. Get over it. There were 2 people in the line. No one in the store and this lady acts like we all owe her something because we wanted a biscuit. Hate this place

It is taking way too long to move thru the drive-thru. I spent 30 minutes sitting in a drive-thru. I used to work fast food specifically at a drive-thru at Wendy’s. I don’t know what’s going on or who’s managing this location but it seriously needs process improvement. There is no reason I should have to wait 15 minutes, then pull up to the speaker and wait another five minutes to place an order because the lady is getting on the microphone not to ask me what can I get for you but could I hold for a minute every single time. Then another ten from telling her about the mobile order until the time I got my food.

A small but fast service, lots of people getting food and they did a good job with the orders.
