We stopped on the way back from vacation to take a lunch break. The meal was faithful to BK no complaints about it. On the other hand, our meal was ruined by a person in the dining room responsible for distributing the trays. The person in the room “puts on a show” she SHOUTS the easel numbers. So we don't really understand the point of putting them on the table... it seriously interferes with everyone's peace and relaxation. This person, in addition to shouting the easel numbers, reprimanded the people at the counter “girls, you made a mistake” I find it sad that customers are witnessing this. We think that this should be done discreetly for the customers but also for the staff who then found themselves degraded in front of everyone. We would have really appreciated more professionalism, it’s a shame that one person would spoil the atmosphere and the service.
