Over the past two years, I've picked up many meals from there and considered it my favorite restaurant in the area for quite some time. The owner and staff were always wonderfully warm and welcoming. The food was consistently delicious, and I have shared many enjoyable dinners with friends and family there. It will be deeply missed in our neighborhood.
Sadly, Grissini is closed. Went by the other night. Doors were locked and most of the tables and chairs had been taken away. We inquired at the Sheraton where we were staying and the front desk confirmed Grissini had gone out of business. Thank you, Giuseppe, Martin and everyone on staff for all of the lovely meals and for always making us feel at home every time we came in. We will miss you immensely.
We are incredibly saddened to see that Grissini has closed its doors. This restaurant was such a warm, inviting, and delightful place to enjoy meals and celebrate special moments. Giuseppe and his team were always friendly and humorous, and they never failed to remember our favorite drinks and dishes. Over the past five years, we must have dined there more than 30 times, and it breaks our hearts to know they couldn't withstand the challenges of the pandemic. Agoura Hills has truly lost a cherished establishment.
Their pasta is unbelievably good and light, the atmosphere has an air of elegance, though simple and sophisticated. My favorite is their pumpkin ravioli, when they have it. It is by far my favorite Italian restaurant. While dinner there is not inexpensive, it is well worth it.
So disappointing I didn't like my pasta and calamari was soggy.. heard good things but wasn't my experience..
