They have already made me feel embarrassed by informing me of the wrong order value and at the time of delivery I was charged for something that I was not informed about. In addition, at another time, they sent me the wrong order due to lack of attention and communication from those working in the kitchen. Detail: at no point was I offered my money back, another snack or anything that would minimize the hassle. Anyway, I hadn't stopped buying yet because in the beginning everything was very well organized, but nowadays there's always something wrong with deliveries, unfortunately it's no longer worth it for me.
