In my opinion, the best bread and the best team of ATMs and Bakers in all Leeward/ Central Oahu .

Why is it every time I go to this place at 8:30 a.m. in the weekdays, there is only a handful of things for sale? When I ask for the other things, I say it'll be out soon. Should not all baked goods be ready before opening, customers may have choices instead of choosing from the less than 5 items available? Maybe. I find something else to buy for my office staff. Seufzer...

I'm not a bread, but these Brug reels are my absolute favorites. I can't resist them! Since customers are physically distancing, it takes awhile through the line, especially if you do not know exactly what you want. Each item is packed in its own small plastic case. You have to use Sanitizer when you go first. Get a pliers, paper tablet liner and plastic tablet and start your items. The workers there are helpful the girl who raised me today was really friendly. They both have hearty and sweet objects. I eat only the Savory and Kitaguni Focaccia is my #1 favorites! 4/25/2021 My buddy brought some sweet pastries since she knows I love Brug. It was my first time to taste the sweet pastries. She brought Koshi Anpan, Mochi Donut, Okinawan Potato Mochi and a kind of cinnamon roll (I couldn't find the name on her menu). All delicious! My Faves were the Koshi Anpan, which were softly filled with red bean paste and the mochi elements that were so chewing and good. 12/1/2021 I went in for my Fave, Kitaguni, but Booo, they were out. Instead I got a pastrami and cheese Focaccia, tomatoes Pesto and Mozzarella Focaccia, a spinach and ham roll, a Teriyaki chicken roll. I gave the two Focaccias my husband who loved her, and he's not a bread man. The spinach and ham roll and the Teriyaki chicken roll belonged to me! They were both so delicious! I like the Teriyaki chicken roll containing creamy mayonnaise nori. Yum!

They were open for over an hour, but not yet everything was on the shelf. But the pastries are so soft and tasty. The kiss in the apple was so good.

I only got a half order of the mochi waffle. My wife loved it! When I have more time, I will come back and try the other tasty looking pastries.
