Pho 97 One - Aiea

One of the few small incoming memories that I like to come once in a blue moon when I have a desire for Pho.

Favorite place for Pho. Always fresh and the cold Vermicelli dishes are also hit. Spring and summer rolls are fantastic. Dear ladies they work super beautiful and always pack a box for big takeout orders.

A few times when we visited family. In these two times we came, we had brought at least 1 wrong order to our table. They fixed the problem as soon as we got it to their attention. However, the waitress claimed that this was not our first order, but we had 4 more adults at our table that belonged to the actual order. It could be the language barrier, but it's okay how the problem was fixed. Otherwise the food was good. We ordered fried pork chops, chicken lemongrass, fried spring rolls, beef stew, brisketpho, soda and ice coffee.

Pretty good. It's not hard to find decent Pho in Hawaii, but it's hard to find good Pho! There are a few, and this is a good one! My complaint is that the prices for this place and all places in Oahu so far is ridiculously high! I swear in Vietnam 2018, Pho is at $1-$2 and it's great! But I guess rent and supplies in Hawaii must be crazy. In any case, the broth is very clear and full of taste. I love it! They put a lot of meat in the pho, but it's a bit on the touch side. Tasty. Good amount of noodles and chewing texture! Good! Well, this place is a hidden gem....hard to find... to miss it. Hopefully my review is helpful! I highly recommend this place! Save me a trip from Chinatown!

Place is spacious and easily seated....fast in serving food out....but i didn't see the server giving water or asking customer what they need....food is ok and the price is regular....
