Everything was good. The curry flavor was light but good. I’m used to a strong bold curry flavor. Next time I’ll ask for more spice. Green beans were great. Sample appetizer was good except I was not crazy about the spring rolls. They were tough and chewy. I’ll definitely be back to try other items! Neat little place off the beaten path in a nice village area. Service: Take out Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After a horrible experience being completely ignored at Romas next door, we walked over to AnShu and were warmly greeted and sat immediately, a waitress taking our drink orders promptly. As was the case with Romas, on this particular day, the air conditioning had gone down. However, the temperature in AnShu was tolerable with cold drinks. The inside of this restaurant is beautifully decorated, and everyone is exceptionally friendly. They can sometimes get very busy on the weekends, but today was not busy. When our drinks arrived, we were ready to order our appetizer and meals. We chose the edamame to start, which was delicious. My fiancé decided to get the red coconut curry with marinated tofu classic wok entree with white rice. I chose the ginger salmon with brown rice entree. Both were beyond delicious! The red coconut curry with marinated tofu was a pleasant level of spicy, according to my fiancé. The ginger salmon was some of the best I've ever had. Everything was so flavorful and perfectly paired with a mix of vegetables that complimented the protein flawlessly. Our server was wonderful and polite, very attentive, and never once did she make us feel like we were unwelcome. I apologize for being so terrible at names, or I would praise her personally! She had the most adorable koi fish earrings. (She also dealt with a table of four where a rude man made it out to be her fault that the air conditioning was not operating properly. This guy proceeded to only tip $5 after the whole table had entrees and wine. She handled this with grace and never once stopped being sweet and smiling! Really good food and I love the gluten free accommodations! The restaurant is very clean and very well maintained. The only issue we had was it was HOT inside. Everything else about our visit was great and I will be back next time I am in town! Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options and the ability to modify a decent amount of the menu to be gluten free if needed.
