Dunkin' Donuts - Aiken

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I do come through this place often, and they almost always have my mobile order ready to go when I pull up and I’m met with a cheerful attitude at the window. Sunday night a whole gang of us decided we wanted coffee, so we all put in our mobile orders and piled into the car at about 8:30. When we got to the window, they had everything ready and didn’t seem to hate our guts for placing multiple orders so close to closing time. (I work in retail, so I always feel so bad for ordering within an hour of closing when I know everyone really just wants to close up shop and head home . Anyway, I just wanted to give y’all 5 stars and say that I really appreciate all the baristas who hand me my order with a smile and a cheerful attitude many mornings. I always find it so encouraging and it cheers me up before heading into work myself

This would be perfect if they offered more cream options in the lattes like other Dunkins in the CSRA. The staff were always nice. If there was an issue they fixed it for me. I always look forward to stopping by while in Aiken. I witnessed a disgruntled customer swear at the staff and they handled it very well. Thank you for all yall do.

Guy at window was nice. Donuts are very good. I quit going to the one on richland they were akways out of stuff even early in the day. You guys should have a military discount
