Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Aiken

The food is usually excellent, and I really enjoy the Hot Spicy Chicken. Just make sure to specify that you want the "Not Spicy" chicken, as they offer both mild and spicy options. However, I was let down by the chicken sandwich I ordered—it was tasty but lacked the spice I was expecting. Additionally, the drive-thru menu didn’t reflect the new prices, though there was a note informing customers about the changes and that a new menu will be available soon.

During our visit to Aiken with family, we had a craving for Popeyes. We chose to order a couple of family meals to enjoy later in the evening as well. The chicken was fresh, hot, crispy, and juicy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even with a line in front of us, the service was surprisingly efficient. Overall, we were very satisfied, and the food quality lived up to our expectations for Popeyes. I highly recommend this location.

I stopped in Aiken, SC on my way to Atlanta at 9 PM, and it was a fantastic choice. The food was perfect—everything was hot and fresh, and I couldn't complain about anything. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Ms. Jamia took our order and was very kind and patient as we changed our minds several times. Ms. Francis was also very respectful and made sure to check on our table to see if everything was okay. Overall, it was a delightful experience. Thank you, Aiken, SC! If you're passing through, I highly recommend this restaurant.
