A w crossiron mall food court They cooked there burgers early ahead that when you order its already dry and not juicy. We ordered mozza burger that the mozza cheese not melted because the burger was cold. Your staff shouldn’t do its not standard. Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

I ordered my food and it sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes before the cashier finally put it in a bag. It wasn't very busy. Just 4 people for 2 cashiers. Food was warm. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On 4th October the 2023, I went A&W and ordered Beyond Meat Burger combo with rings and Drink at 05:30pm. They offered the rings that was almost half in the bag. I asked them that are you serving rings half now? This is how you guys are selling ? She answered that they are just counting the rings and it comes like that. My question to A&W, are they charged the rings $1 for one ring or what was that. The rings not cooked well , half in the packet, not satisfied. Customer service zeroi will never eat from there next time. Just heads up, what is going on in the store!
