Extremely long. We waited 1 hour to get our order. We went to see the teammates who first ignored us and then answered “yes bah there are people.” Without any excuses for waiting, no possible dialogue. People who arrived well after us had time to eat and leave while we still had our menus. The bins were all full, there were everywhere on the ground and that during all the time we stayed in the McDo so at least 1h30. Upon receiving our order, it was cold.

Every time I go, it's always a problem. Whether it's from the world or not... it's 7:00 or 9:00... Pick up some sandwiches at 7:30 (great joke) . Cancelled internet order (without explanations) . Forgotten orders. Time of endless waiting. Lost and unreactive staff. And it's not good to tell me we need to talk to the manager because the manager is even more lost than the employees... The only thing he can say is the refund (although always happy). Staff management courses may be considered. A macdo as we rarely do. Looks like three-quarters of employees are in a leisure class. This macdo is a vaccine against macdo.

Always unavailable products, a lot of waiting, terminals to break down orders. Six months after the opening is still the mess. 27/10/2019, I pass from 2 to 3 it improves to confirm and we will pass to 4 very quickly. 03/01/2023, the overall quality of the service has improved well so I go to 4!
