Without a doubt, this is the best sushi kiosk I've visited in Australia, surpassing most average Japanese restaurants. While they only offer sushi rolls, the variety is outstanding, and the flavor combinations are truly worth a visit. I particularly enjoyed the spicy calamari, but the standout for me was the soft shell crab — it was perfectly fried, tender, and lightly seasoned with a delightful sauce. The mayonnaise used in the prawn, avocado, and mayo roll seemed better than average, as it wasn’t overly sweet. Perhaps I was just thrilled by the fantastic sushi I had! Even though it's located in a busy area on the main street of a touristy town, the prices are comparable to those of the sushi kiosk in my local shopping center.
