Contribuisci feedbackAppalling knowledge of gluten free/coeliac. Giving me inaccurate. High levels of cross contamination.
Amazing experience but no knowledge about celiac. Lunch was a roll with some salad. No gluten free bread available and no knowledge about the safety of the noodles and potato salad. Cold meats were provided but unsure if they were safe. Only gluten free option was lettuce, cucumber, tomato and cheese. Definitely go for the experience, guide was lovely and snorkelling was amazing. If you are celiac bring your own food.
The restaurant staff showed a general understanding of gluten-free and coeliac dietary needs, but their knowledge was somewhat lacking. There were significant concerns about the risk of cross-contamination, making it a less than ideal choice for someone with gluten sensitivities.
Despite this, I recommend going for the overall experience; the scenery was beautiful, and the snorkeling was incredible. If you're celiac, I suggest bringing your own food.
The onboard food menu included a clear allergen list, which was very helpful. The staff was extremely accommodating and ensured that my gluten-free food was kept separate. However, everything was out of broth rolls.
