La Presa Mexicana - Airway Heights

Very good. E stopped at the restaurant Airway Heights (there is also one in Grand Coulee), because it was there and we were tired and hungry after a day in the Channeled Scablands. We were immediately impressed by the appearance of the restaurant and the waitress. The place was clean and well decorated and waiters were all dressed in white shirts and black tied. I ordered the fish tacos and my wife ordered a fajita salad, My first bite the fish taco was fish taco sky, One of these dangs that is wonderful moments. I have eaten fish tacos from Key West to Kona with many places in between and can honestly say I have never had better, The plate was so big I shared a taco with my wife (which is not a real fish taco person). She also thought the fish tacos were wonderful, her fajita salad was also good, but not the artistic taste of the fish tacos. The prices are somewhat high, but the portions are large enough to satisfy two. Unfortunately Airway Heights is a pretty good way from where I live, but I'm sure I'll go back

All right here... Solid comfort Mex. Especially on a rainy winter day in Eastern Washington. They do nothing to separate themselves from dozens of other Hispanic joints in the district, but there are some factors I like and that will bring me back. I liked the dining area. It was comfortable and warm, without a stereotypical loud, fiesta atmosphere. A very nice staff, with relaxed, helpful and attentive waiters. Appropriate prices. I read the complaints about costs here, but they were above all about beverage prices. When I go to Mex, it's about food, not about liberation. The photos I post were lunch, and all under $8. That, my friends, is hard to beat. Great place in the western plain, and more than likely the best mex in Airway Heights, until I find it different...

Birthday lunch with my husband and granddaughter. I love my chili rellenos so my husband ordered me the one with 2 rellenos (I 'd stepped outside as I didn 't get cell reception inside What I got was rellenos with beef inside. I 'd never had them this way before and didn 't even know this way a way. Although I still prefer my rellenos plain (without meat , if I 'd never had them my way before this meal, I 'd really love it this way. I 'm just a creature of habit when I find something I really like, I don 't go looking to change it. My meal was served on a monster sized platter and every inch filled. There 's no skimping here. My husband just had a burrito which filled him and my granddaughter ordered from the kids meal and was only able to eat half her plate (like I said, no skimping . Although they display a monster sized Margareta glass they only serve them normal sized, (sorry folks . The service got a response from my 10 year old grandchild as he walked away... I like him, he 's real nice (out of the mouths of babes...

Great restaurant! Extremely friendly and helpful service. Prices are rather steep, but the food portions reflect it. You definitely get what you pay for. The food was fantastic; truly authentic Mexican food. Highly recommended.

They were very busy on a Monday evening. The food and service were out of this world! We live out by deer park and they are worth driving for!!!! BEST IN TOWN FORSURE
