La Table Du Pigonnet - Aix-en-Provence

After a 3 years enforced absence from visiting Aix, it was great to be back. We chose La Table Du Pigonnet for a family lunch. As much as we love Aix the hustle and bustle in the centre of town during the summer months can sometimes make it difficult to find a tranquil spot to meet, relax and chat. Not any more. La table Du Pigonnet is a beautiful spot to take lunch close to the centre of town but far enough away to enjoy this exquisite restaurant. From the moment you arrive the staff are attentive but never overpowering. The city garden setting is wonderful the food and wine very good and when you put all of this together, it adds up to a lovely relaxed dining location. Well done to all the staff for making our lunch a memorable one.

First visit to your hotel and this for my birthday. We were with a couple of friends, very beautiful establishment, high service with humour, distinction and without inappropriate pretense; A real happiness. First-rate oenological advice. We usually eat a little more spicy, the addition is always possible while the reverse is not true. Thanks for the attention I gave for my birthday at the end of the meal. conclusion: we will return to thank the team in place on May 11.

Misadventure, a storm had wet the seats of the armchairs that had not been handed over, to the touch they seemed dry but once sitting on what to be cool for the day! Ineligible for the standing of the place ! and of course no discount on the note ! for a menu to € advertised, the note is mounted to more than € per person.... we will not return. Too bad because the park is very pleasant, beautiful view of the victory on the bottom left.

Un endroit très agréable qui nous offre toujours un moment de détente et de raffinement très appréciable. La cuisine est délicieuse à base de bons produits, à la fois traditionnelle et créative. Je recommande les ris de veau qui sont délicieux. L'accueil est extrêmement sympathique et attentionné. De plus, si vous êtes accompagné de votre animal de compagnie préféré, il sera lui aussi accueilli avec beaucoup d'élégance et de gentillesse. Un endroit à recommander.
