Chutney Naan Kabab - Ajax

This place is not there anymore. The restaurant is now changed, the new restaurant is Taj Mahal. The food over there is really good though.

I go here all the time for the Okra Bhindi, great Vegatable biryani too. Best Masala chai in town!

Called two times and ordered a small tray of biryani, told will be ready in 20 to 25 minutes, reached there was told by reception that will be ready in max 10 minutes. Came back in 10 minutes and was told 5 more minutes. Suddenly, another customer came and asked for the order of the tray of biryani, and now the receptionist asked if I had ordered the biryani as well. I was hocked to hear that. The receptionist asked the other customer when they ordered, and they replied 20 minutes back. Then i was asked to stay another 15 minutes. It was a real test of my patience, and i told them I ordered an hour before, and still, I have to wait another 15 minutes ?. Finally, the other customer got ready to wait and ended up me picking up the tray. Total kios by the receptionist. She forgot to duplicate the orser feom two customers. Needs a training by the front desk.

Tandoori chicken 0 star. They need to remove from the menu. Dry and blend like 3 month old baby food. They don’t deserve to sell.Rest all is above average. Portion and price is fine. Quality of the taste is below average

The worst dine-in service in Canada. We went to Chutney Nan Kabab, Ajax, on Saturday, July 30, 2022 around 4 pm, and the server Sadi) allowed us for dine-in. After delivering the foods, Sadi disappeared in the kitchen area and no one in the counter or in restaurant. We waited for long time, called the bell, but Sadi came after 10 minutes. In the meantime, we were middle of our eating without any water even though. We bought water, drink and ordered another curry item. Sadi delivered the curry, and again disappeared. We waited and called the bell, for packing our food, but no one attended us. However, Sadi provided us two boxes for packing our food after long time, but again disappeared. Third time, we were waiting for paying the bills, but no one in the restaurant. We waited, called the bell. I left the restaurant with my daughter and my wife waited for the server. Finally, my wife paid the bills to Sadi for the owner and we are thankful to the Creator!
