My experience at Hakka Pavilion was disappointing. The Shrimp Fried Rice was dry and undercooked, while the Chili Paneer Gravy was excessively sticky and had a nasty taste. The Manchurian Chicken Dry lacked flavor, and the Lolipop Chicken was flavorless with too much dough. The Shrimp Pakora was simply shrimp buried in excessive breading, resulting in a nasty and oily texture. On a positive note, the Crispy Beef was the only highlight with good flavor, though the spice level was a bit subdued. Overall, the inconsistent quality leaves much to be desired, and I won't be returning anytime soon. Also this place is takeout only, and doesn’t look so good on the inside. The customer service was horrible. I ordered on the phone. She said 30 mins. I got there within 35 mins. Made me wait another 20 mins. All together I waited an hour for food I could have gotten elsewhere within 30 mins. Like I said. I would never return.

Our go to Hakka place for 5 years. Never disappoints. Masala chicken is a must try.
