Fries are stale. I ordered double double coffee and it was like a cup of milk and sugar. horrible coffee.

September 16, 2021 around 06h12 Manager prioritizes delivery orders and holds back drive thru customers orders. In addition she gives the delivery order thru drive thru window. not very smart because it is not safe, this is health safety concern, why is the delivery driver walks around the drive thru cars to get his order, the manager should tell the delivery driver to go inside, She should not be in charge of any crew. She needs re training how to deal with public and safety.

So far this place is pretty good as per cleanliness. Associates are customers focus. Lately I noticed the content of the gravy is not even half of the cup. Anyways, it's just a minor complain, could you check on this matter. Thanks, Rolly Palma

Everytime I order here food items are missing the food always taste horrible. Will never ever he ordering from here again.

This summer the location has been out of hot fudge 50% of the times we ordered sundaes. That says poor mgmt to me also, how hard is it to just store extra hot fudge sauce? Seems easy, it’s not perishable. Again, almost everything about this location is bad. Make the drive to a different location.
