I bought 2 sandwiches from this location and bread was not fresh at all Was

When i call to the store, the lady over there is speaking so rude. You should improve the customer service.

I went to this store as a customer and ask for the washroom she replied very rudely only for cistomers so wonderr anybody walk in to subway location treated the same way or i got a special treatment from your staff.customer service very much lacking and the way express very rude.

This Subway was a Worst location ever have seen in Ajax, durham region. I went other locations in whitby and they are better than this one. The sub you buy here is not worth for money and the employee and Franchise owner cheat you easily by serving very little fresh salads for your money as if they think that they gave you for Free and poor customer service. I wouldn’t Recommend anyone to step-in to this location and had very poor experience.Arul JK
