Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill - Ajax

I honestly hate to do bad reviews but this place was disappointing! I've eaten here before and it was great, but I really feel they have a new cook or something else going on. Both my husband and I ordered the traditional rotisserie chicken. He got white meat; I got dark. Very dry, overcooked and way too crispy skin.

Not a bad place just not a place I like to go for a nice quiet meal as I always feel rushed like offering dessert when you only just started the meal. The chicken is often dry and fries cold. Definitely not the place I like to eat at.

Went for lunch. Liz took my order and delivered my 1/4 chicken dinner in 2 minutes as promised. Fries hot and crispy. Sauce always consistent and good. Real utensils and China plate. Waitress checked in to ensure I had what I needed. 20 minutes and $11 later I left happy. What more could you want!

I usually like Swiss Chalet for BBQ chicken, but tonight I tried the back ribs. They were the driest cooked ribs I ave ever seen and were overcooked. Would not order them again Their Chalet garden salad was great

This location is located in a strip mall close to No Frills. It has been here for many years. Our experience was an average or typical experience that you'd expect from this chain. Nothing good or bad stood out.
