This particular branch offers the choice of either using the drive-through or entering the establishment to place an order in person. Opting for the latter, I immediately observed the restaurant's cleanliness standards, which were well-maintained. The staff exhibited friendliness and efficiency, promptly taking our order and even assisting us in navigating the menu. The preparation of our food was equally swift. Notably, the outdoor seating area also met the same high standards of cleanliness.Ultimately, we chose to take our meals home, desiring to enjoy our lunch while watching television. The tacos stood out with their satisfying fillings and enjoyable flavors. However, the fries supreme left a bit to be desired in terms of flavor. Despite this minor setback, our overall lunch experience left us content and satisfied with our decision.
I enjoyed the Quesadilla more than the KFC. Food was a bit cold but overall good ?.
I ordered 5 tacos and got 4. I am very sad. Please count to 5 next time. Fire sauce is good. 2 stars
The wheelchair entrence is the front door which seems to be lockedI had to call from oursideThere is a lip (little step) at the side door and no door openerStaff were friendly enough to hold the door (not realizing I could not make it over the step in my wheelchair)Move the Door open to a door that is unlocked and open please
I ordered via Uber Eats and the courier/driver was quick and followed instructions- no issues there, but the food was terribly prepared. It’s like whoever made my meal, messily slapped it together and threw in the absolute minimum for toppings. My chicken quesadilla was as flat as an empty envelope; barely any chicken or cheese and definitely next to no sauce at all.There should be a standard, employees shouldn’t have to “guesstimate” how much to throw into a wrap or onto fries and chips, but it seems it’s all willy nilly. Eating out or ordering in is expensive nowadays, if chains like this continue to neglect the quality being served, they’re going to lose patrons because who wants to overpay and be under served? Not me.
