La Nueva Posada - Ajijic

Fabulous hotel, comfortable rooms right on the lake, breakfast was included and was super delicious. Secure parking can fit big/tall vehicles. Hot water, strong wifi.

A most fantastic stay in Ajijic! I loved the big big rooms and how spacious they were... the beds were some of the best in ALL OF MEXICO. (I've stayed in over 20 different air bnbs and hotels easily. The beds reminded me that it's not how much sleep you get that matters. But the quality OF THE SLEEP that you get that makes the difference. I had quality sleeps here and that made a big difference for me.... I enjoyed the breakfast as well. And the service overall was consistent and helpful. Thank you! Will be back!

We absolutely love this hotel! We had planned on staying for a couple of weeks to check out the area....we ended up staying for over a month. We could have changed to a different place. We found it to be comfortable and too many reasons to not leave. The staff is fantastic and very accommodating. The restaurant is very good, the hotel price includes breakfast and the waitstaff is great. Being right on the lake we enjoyed the views and in the evening the breezes from the lake are like being on the ocean. The architecture is very pretty and very Spanish Colonial: The location is fantastic for walking around Ajijic and exploring. Yes, it's an older hotel , but I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is a bit dated but quaint, the location on the lake is outstanding. The gardens are nice and relaxing, we had two great breakfasts in the garden portion of the restaurant.

Great hotel with great rooms at a great price. It's located right be the water in downtown Ajijic with most thing like restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Also has a delicious complimentary breakfast. Overall this was a fantastic stay in a great location.
