When we mentioned this to the restaurant staff, they insisted that it was just a matter of personal preference. Overall, the experience of eating here was not pleasant.
The price of 495 rupees for a chur chur naan is reasonable. The rest of the menu should be checked as well. Of course, taste is the most important factor, but if the dining experience is marred by unfriendly staff and slow service, it can ruin the overall meal. The service can also be frustrating at times with staff giving poor excuses. The restaurant is often crowded, which can add to the chaos.
The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and we ordered the Rajasthani thali which was good. However, the food was not exceptional. The daal baati was not as good as what we had in Jaipur and Udaipur, but it could still be a decent option in Ajmer.
We visited the restaurant for lunch during our visit to ajmer. we had ordered us for rice, tandoori roti, dal fry and disc cleaner toofani. that was nice to eat. the ambiente and the service of the restaurant are also good.
Visited Ajmer last week and had lunch at Rasoi. Was pleasantly surprised at the tasty Rajasthani thali that we chose. The food was authentic and tickled the taste buds. The service personnel were helpful and polite. Really enjoyed this meal. Keep up the good food...and service. The restaurant is done up in a train style and the “windows” are synchronised to depict scenes from a moving train. Instead of a Japanese cityscape, would have been happier with a Rajasthani experience.
