Chipotle Mexican Grill - Akron

Absolutely terrible. cold, tear was hard. the chips were ordered with my bowl and the chips were not baked. I could fold the chip into the half and not crack it or break it. will never go to this place again. idk, why chipotle is so ununiform place for place. sad is that I was one of the first customers of the day at their opening, so I thought everything was fresh and ready to go, but I guess I was wrong. this will give a d- only because I was greeted by a very nice lady with a smile.

They never have vinaigrettes. I went in this one at least 10 times and only twice they even had.

I ordered from this place 3 times in the last month by door dash. for the first time the half of the order was wrong. the 2nd time was door-shot error because it was the order of wrong person. the third time was yesterday. I ordered near 12:30 and at 1:15 I got a call from door dash saying that my order is canceled because someone else took my order and this place refused to revoke my order. I have addressed the problems with door dash, but they want to think twice about ordering the delivery of this place. especially when they are hungry

If they order the salat here, they are guaranteed not to get the salat dressing when they have delivered it. never fails, smh!

This location is right across from campus so like any of the restaurants on campus expect to pay top dollar for stuff you usually pay less for
