Outside the older man who was incredibly rude for everyone and had an employment, this device has been shattering! I saw that two of them came from above, where the ice was stored. ? Absolutely disgusting. I'm not gonna be back.

The owner is a VERY rude, unfriendly, grumpy old man. I just don’t get it, If you don’t want to be there; RETIRE, SELL YOUR business !! Do the community a favor and get your grumpy, grinch a out of here. It’s not our fault you’re 60 and make ice cream for a living. At least be nice to people who are supporting YOUR buisness !!!

Horrible service manager and staff very rude and disrespectful.We ordered 3 ice creams at 7:30 for pick up and order said it would be ready by 8:15pWhen we arrive the order was not even made then the rude manager told us that they were to busy to help us and we have to wait a Min of 20mins so they can serve the people in line first.Said if we don’t like it then screw you and we dont want your money we will refund you.Horrible service never ever a place to give your money go elsewhere

I clearly asked for Cake Batter icecream w/ browni, the guy repeats it back to me liter gives me regular vanilla icecream instead. Then, the brownies are sitting out on the counter with nothing covering them, as a GNAT flew around! Idk what happene, they USE to be great!

Great place. Nice staff and a huge selection of combinations you can try it. Really good place for when you feel like you could use some ice cream. My date once stood me up over here but luckily I had some ice cream to make the pain go away.
