Contribuisci feedbackWe had a reservation the restaurant was empty and they sat us next to the workers rolling up silverware talking loud. We had to remind the waitress to bring our drinks out after she already brought us our appetizers and our salad, that had tomatoes on it after we requested none. Our salmon had a hair inside of it-the waitress saw the hair. The manager came to the table and said to us âIâm not saying there wasnât a hair in it, but I didnât see itâ we were polite and asked for another salmon. Nothing was taken off our bill. Overall we are not going back and donât recommend.
Great food! amazing personal! garnel, biscuits and brokkoli were all fresh and tasty! the restaurant was really busy during dinner, but the staff was all very friendly. many employees and all seemed to help each other what is refreshing (as some companies are no longer employees and burnt out lately, not the case here). will be coming back!
The people here are amazing, and I'm not sure why they can't get the outside lights fixed because I'm sure that's driving business away. Unfortunately I didn't care for the scallops but everything else was good, I've never had the smaller scallops and I'm not sure if that was part of the problem...They were kind of rubbery. I know nothing about seafood so rather than complain I gave them to my roommate lol. It seems I would much rather have the larger scallops however. I loved them just grilled and usually I didn't have a problem with the texture, again I'm not well versed here so maybe it's a me thing? As I said everything else was yummy...Despite my gluten intolerance I did get a small bite of a biscuit...Because cheddar bay biscuits! It was worth it lol. My salad and potato were perfect. Because of the light issue I think I was the only table, I hope that gets fixed soon.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately not a lot of options for gluten intolerance.
Very good service and food was served at the right temperature and tasted very good. We ordered the lunch time flounder Sailors platter and it is always very good. Ordered the lobster tail extra but it was nothing to brag about . It seemed to be a little overcooked and wasn't very big so prob wont order that again soon. Our waitress was excellent and other times we've been there we get the same very good service
A year ago, this place was decent. Three years ago, it was pretty good. Now, the famous biscuits were raw in the middle and the lobsters were hiding in the back shadows of the tank. Not out of fear, but out of shame. No wonder we were seated immediately in Montrose at 5pm. The server tried, but she was obviously not trained. Our knives were dirty. My water glass was literally cracked because she put cold water in it right out of the dishwasher. She brought us out our drinks AFTER the main course. The food was wretched. Our pasta was rubbery and my fish was so dry it was spiky. This once decent restaurant is no longer a family favorite. It was so bad, I might even recommend avoiding every Red Lobster, not just this one.
