Rocco's Pizza - Akron

I order a 12pc.dark with JoJo's and every piece of chicken had feathers fried in the chicken can't be eaten at all called them to let the manager know about my order and was told all they can do is give me 10% off my next order then hung up on me. I then called back spoke to someone else after being hung up on to let them know that I don't want the order at all and that I wanted to send back my 12 PC. Chicken but will keep anything Else because I placed a large order and i know how hard it is for everyone right now. But was treated so rude and disrespectful that I will be calling the heath department first thing in the morning to file a complete and the better business will hear about this as well Rocco's pizza 2008 East Ave, Akron Ohio.

I have been enjoying Rocco's pizzas for over 50 years. My family and I had pizzas, huh, and jojos just two nights ago. I have never been let down by the quality.

This restaurant review is a warning to potential customers. I had a terrible experience at this place. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The management was not good either. They charged me $72 for food that I never received for a party. They claimed my card didn't go through due to a mistake on my end, even though I had lived at the same address for 16 years. They even asked me for my postcode three times and it was correct every time. They told me the same lie they told another customer about the postcode. They promised to refund my money or provide the food for my party, but nothing ever happened. I went to another restaurant, Regina's, and had a much better experience. The quality was better and the customer service was amazing. My friends and family will never go back to Rocco's after this incident.

I ordered two twelve-piece buckets of chicken, one dark meat and one mixed with jojo's, along with 2 two-liter drinks and 2 salads. The total cost was over $50. I spoke with the manager because when the order arrived, I received a twelve-piece bucket of mixed chicken instead of what I had requested. Even though the young man taking my order confirmed it twice, I was told that I had not ordered the dark meat. This is the third time that Rocco's has made a mistake with my order and I am done with them. Below is a photo of my antipasto salad with extra tomato, meat, cheese, eggs, baskets, and creamy Italian dressing. Would you eat that?
