Spaghetti Warehouse Akron

Very poor experience overall. I brought a party of 9 to celebrate my parents 30th anniversary and the service and food was awful. The silverware and napkins were brought to us in a silver canister that we had to pass out ourselves. We ordered 4 appetizers and they brought no appetizer plates so we were eating them off napkins. When we asked for plates we were told they were washing some. When they did bring some we got 5 plates for a party of 9 and the plates were still soaking wet. This is just to name a few of the issues. My previous experiences with spaghetti warehouse at different locations have been great but this one is horrible. Will absolutely not go back.

Waited 36 minutes before getting a drink. Appetizers and salads cleared before we got our bar drinks. I cancelled my wine and got water instead because I was thirsty and needed something immediately to wash my food down with. The waitress and table busser were nice, though. Appetizers are good. Main Course wasn't great. Not a lot of flavor in the Alfredo sauce.

Very big portions and friendly staff. Food was good, classic Italian food.

We hadn't eaten here for many years, and unfortunately, we will not do so in the future. The restaurant was dirty and obviously in need of cleaning and a general refresh. Our table felt sticky and slimy, and I noticed one with a vinyl tablecloth with huge holes. Service was adequate, but the waiter did not offer drink refills or check to see if the food was OK, and it was not terribly busy. The food was a huge disappointment. The bread was terrible, and out of six meals, only one was tasty and enjoyable, and we are not an extremely picky family. It is sad to see how far this formerly nice restaurant has become a place to avoid.

We got the ultimate feast and it was the perfect meal for two we were both full and left happy.
