Firehouse Subs - Alabaster

I totally forgot how much taste they can pack in a veggie. I ate the first half of the medium-sized sandwich without hot sauce and enjoyed peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, but the second half was covered in sorensen, a sweet, ketchupy, BBQ sauce, while the bread was also dipped with cholula. When I arrived at 12:20, the line was 8 people deep and it took some time to get forward, but I think the wait will be much shorter outside the lunch hour. I ordered a medium veggie on wheat, was asked if I like a pimple, my sandwich fully involved if I want to make it a combo if I want the cost on the next full dollar for a good thing, and finally what my name is. All orders were very smooth and the cashier lost no single step when they heard my name. I was quite satisfied and still debatiere if 5 stars would be a more suitable assessment.

My wife and I had lunch here tonight, and I have to say that my sub was the best I've had in a long time. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. I can't wait to come back!

I don't understand why anyone would have complaints about this place. I've been ordering here every week for years, and the staff has always been friendly and gets my food right. It's unfortunate how picky some people can be, but that's just the state of the restaurant and food industry in America today. I choose to overlook those negative comments. You're doing an excellent job! Thank you for working hard for us every day! Keep up the great work!

I had a fantastic fresh sandwich that was loaded with meat. They also serve the best dill pickles I've ever had, so be sure to get one to go with your sandwich!
