The bread was fresh, the lettuce and tomatoes were crisp, and the cheese was warm and melted. Overall, it was a fantastic sandwich that really outshone other popular sandwich shops. As a former first responder, I also appreciate their commitment to donating to first responders to help save lives. I will definitely be returning to Firehouse Subs!
This restaurant consistently takes a long time to serve food, even when the dining area is empty. I waited 35 minutes for just two sandwiches. The staff appears to have some training, but it doesn't seem adequate, and they often seem disengaged.
The food is good as always. The place seemed very smoky when we arrived and our order was taken by another customer. You made my order new, it only took twice as long. Overall a good din in experience
Cashier had pain to be there and the food was less than stellar. No meat. This place used to be great. Not sure what happened. Worse than a Jimmy Johns Sandwich
This was the best sub I've ever had at a Firehouse Subs! The restaurant was extremely busy with a line to the door at times, but the employees were moving quickly and in sync with one another like a team should. There were only 3 employees on the line and 1 at the register. They were getting customers taken care of swiftly while preparing online orders. No one had a bad attitude and was focused on servicing. ?
