Planet Smoothie - Alabaster

It's not quite on the same level as Smoothie King, but it works in a pinch. I'm not exactly sure what it is that makes the smoothies taste a bit off, but I'm not really a fan. They tend to be thinner than those from other places, and they remind me more of something you could whip up at home.

Absolutely the best customer service! The smoothies are exceptional. I really love this place and the people here!

I don't think the rewards system is very good. I usually buy 4-5 drinks each time I visit, but I only receive one scratch-off ticket. I brought this up, mentioning that I feel it’s not fair, but I understand it's not their policy. Ever since then, I feel like I’m getting the cold shoulder whenever I come in.

Love their delicious smoothies and they are so sweet in there!! Only change is they keep getting better!!!!

I?ve been coming to this location since the very first day it opened, and the owner and manager has really done a stand up job!! Every time I come in the greet each person and I don?t think I?ve ever had a smoothie I didn?t taste fantastic. Highlyrecommend!
