Domino's Pizza - Alachua County

The food is good and quite predictable, and the service is fairly fast.

I called the restaurant, and they offered either a credit or a delivery of the sandwich. However, since we are outside their delivery area, my wife, who was understandably upset, opted for the credit. I didn’t ask how much the credit would be, which was a mistake on my part. When we opened the pasta bowl—which had a special request for chicken—there was absolutely no chicken in it! Seriously? I would have shopped locally, but we returned to town too late. We’re completely disappointed. Our last order was also messed up, receiving the wrong pizza. We are done with Domino’s!

I’ve been considering upgrading my rating for a while now to see if their quality was consistent, and I’m pleased to say it is. You can tell they genuinely work hard to satisfy their customers. The staff is always polite and courteous, and the pizzas arrive hot and tailored to my liking. Overall, they’ve become my go-to spot for a meal. It’s not just the pizza that’s impressive— their pasta is fantastic, the salads are fresh, and the brownies are out of this world. However, the service truly stands out above all. A big thank you to Jennifer for leading such a wonderful team. Keep up the great work! I will definitely continue to order from here.

Had pizza from here a couple times and it was fine and correctly given. Friday night was not a good time. The white sauce pizza was so thin, it is usually thicker. The pineapple pizza was good and had a fair enough amount of topping but could have usedmore cheese (paid for extra cheese). The staff was super friendly and greeted me when I walked in but definitely overwhelmedwith all their orders.

Pizza is always fresh. And service is fast!! I just can't stand the automated service. It never gets my order right and then I have to wait for a representative to say the same thing twice maybe three times. But overall clean, fast,and convenient forlocation.
