Bev's Better Burgers - Alachua

Excellent home-style burger!! This tiny burger spot does quite a bit of business. Might be part of the reason that the wait is soo long. The burger sure makes up for the wait.

The staff were very friendly. The menu is simple and the prices are very reasonable. This place smashes the burgers I believe. The meat was very juicy and perfectly cooked. The fries here can stand alone on their own as a full meal. They are perfectly cooked and amazingly crispy. No refills on drinks.

They have corn nuggets and ocra which is nice. My pregnancy nausea kept me from being able to eat it but my husband liked his meal.

Huge burgers! I absolutely love Bevs. Their downtown Alachua location on Main Street is completely different from this one. If you're going to eat at Bevs, definitely choose this location instead of the downtown one.

This place deserves a perfect score, but you can only give it five stars. The name says it all. You won’t find a better burger anywhere else. I’ve included two pictures: one from Bev's and the other from a national chain restaurant. It’s clear why Bev's is the superior choice!
