Mi Apá Latin Café - Alachua

The pork and chicken bowls were cold, stale, and very dry.

The palomilla steak smells like school lunch and taste about worst. The sides are good/decent.

This is the best Cuban food I've had in a long time! I might even make a special trip to Alachua just to eat here again!

I usually order from Mi Apa and have always been satisfied, but they really missed the mark today. The Roasted Pork Bowl, which is my favorite, was extremely dry this time, and they didn’t include the garlic sauce that they usually add. The Iced Coffee had absolutely no flavor. I was quite disappointed. To top it off, they forgot to include the sandwich I ordered, so I had to request a refund.

I really love Mi Apá, but I was a bit disappointed during my last visit. I ordered a large café con leche, but I received a small instead. Additionally, my Ybor salad came without any dressing. I'm hoping this was just a one-time mistake and that everything will be perfect next time.
