Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea - Alameda

This was among the top 5 most delicious boba drinks Ive ever had! I also really appreciate that they let you purchase as many boba editions as you want and dont limit you to just three or four like so many other places. And theyll put them in an extra cup for you too. Any boba place that does this is the only boba place I will keep going to! I like to buy all the additions and even sometimes just ask for a cup of ALL the additions and no tea or milk. Am Im the only one who does this? Idk but I love this because then I can just take my time enjoying the boba, pudding, jelly additions over a day or two .. and also maybe add my own almond milk, tea or whatever! So yeah, I love this place because theyll let me buy all the additions I want and also, their boba tea is absolutely delicious and made with extremely high quality ingredients!

It was a hot day and Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea hit the spot! The place is spacious, but more importantly, there was a good variety of options available. Today, I opted for the Coffee Jelly Black Tea Latte and it did not disappoint! I, personally, do not like sweet drinks. Thus, I really enjoyed the bitterness of the black tea and the coffee jelly. If you appreciate tea and coffee, or specially the caffeine, this is the perfect drink! However, if you like your teas with sweetened, you can ask to the sweetness adjusted. My critique is the ordering system. They have a kiosk and an app where you can order ahead. However, not all the options are available. If you don't see something listed, you'll have to order at the counter or order something else. In addition, the wait time/pick up time hasn't been accurate the last two times I went, so be prepared to wait! Overall, I do appreciate the variety and the flavor of teas. There's always something new to try! Just be aware of the wait!

Stopped by on a busy Saturday since I was in the area, waited about 10 minutes for our order consisting of 2 drinks and the egg pancakes. Service was pretty fast and employees were nice. As for ambiance, there was nice wall decor with cool bench step seats along the wall with lots of pillows which looked fun. Too bad this place does not have some tables so we could sit and enjoy inside for awhile. We got the taro latte and matcha latte, both drinks were underwhelming and on the bland side. The egg pancakes were good but had some salt, so I was thrown off. Overall this place was decent

Different but a great alternative to iTea. Really enjoyed the Lychee Sago, Coffee Brown Sugar Boba, and Pomelo Sago. Definitely a place we go back to when we're in the area.
