No one greeted me and plenty of people who worked there saw me. I had to go hunt someone down. My parmesan was left off and i specifically asked for it. Sorry but I won't be eating there again, customer service I'd give a 1

I ordered online a chicken Alfredo entree with house salad and Caesar dressing and I paid for an ADDITIONAL 2 loaves of bread. I went to pick up my meal and asked why there was only 2 loaves of bread when I paid for 2 MORE. The lady that gave me my food said the manager said I get only 2 if I pay for 2 ADDITIONAL and if I don’t pay for 2 ADDITIONAL, then I’d get the one that comes with the entree. No. I should have 3. I basically paid $4 for 1 extra loaf. My house salad was not a house salad (see pics for what it should be) but I believe because I asked for Caesar dressing, they gave me Caesar salad. I’m just not impressed. And the loaf part is ridiculous. I bought 2 extra because my nephew loves the bread. What a waste. I won’t come back, not that they care.

Came here for the 1st time a few days ago. The chicken tortelloni was great! Italian Soda cream cherry awesome. Our waitress Stephanie was awesome and very helpful. Very nice dinner atmosphere when we came.

Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures , But Our Meal Was Fantastic, Very Tasty, Large Portions, Worth Going To , And Our Server Mattie was OUTSTANDING

Everything was pretty exceptional the food especially was good however the service needs work on they do not know anything about customer service they don't even know how to smile The Waitresses made my husband and I feel uncomfortable and they did not want to bring us bread and butter and lastly the play smells dirty it's dingy it needs to be cleaned up the order especially is a bit nauseating so have somebody clean it up
