To finish it, they did our order wrong. we tried again today and after 35 minutes we are waiting. don't waste your time and your money here. you will wait forever and they will make your order wrong anyway.
The food was cold and had no taste. We ordered three meals and received French fries. The customer service was terrible, we waited at the window for 15 minutes for our food. Carl's Jr. needs to improve, they should consider closing their doors with such poor customer service.
It has forever reliant (I understand that it is the pandemic, but if they have this short hand that they may have to close)Burgers were cold cheese not melted, cold, worst case. my son burned patty and bread. that was an alarm, and that was still burned.
Very unsatisfying service. I was very unimpressed by the staff. Ordered online and showed up to get our food and they didn't have any order for us and we were told someone stole our tablet we said what about the money it charged n her response was talk to your bank week later and still didn't get the refund. Wouldn't go back again because of this.
The food is good, but this Carl's Jr. NEVER fails to get my order wrong.
