Delicious sandwiches! The cucumber lemonade is superb and so are the smoothies.

When I first arrived in town, I checked out the two grocery stores. This place embodies what I had often heard about the challenges faced by those living in the old West—people were cautious and hesitant to let newcomers into their world. It might feel a bit plastered over for those who once came from Florida, but I’m okay with that. I believe it’s important to form your own judgment about the world around you. The staff here are generally polite, though they may come off as a little distant at times, which I think is actually a good thing. Honestly, my experience has been quite positive. They have a solid selection of products, although prices can be higher than I'd prefer—something common with health food stores.

The staff were incredibly friendly, making our visit to the restaurant a delightful experience that set a positive tone for our day! I would definitely recommend stopping by to try their delicious deli creations!

The new Mexican bagel was absolutely delicious! It was great to have a healthy lunch option and enjoy it with some kombucha as well.
