Chakara Restaurant - Alappuzha

This restaurant is located in the heart of alleppey beach. the perfect place to have a good meal with their loved ones while enjoying the music in the evening laziness. the precise lighting and garden design brings us to another atmosphere in the evening. the efforts they have made to preserve the uniqueness of kerala are commendable. good taste food with minimal time of preparation and personal behavior is good gentle. beautiful ambiente in the night

The experience was very bad. the service was also bad. I ordered prawns. it has no taste fried rice and cool huh was also very bad. no taste. I also have food poison. the only thing good was 'French friends'

They need to understand that these 4 stars are at places in alappey. Apparently it's the only place in alappey where a woman can have a drink. So, yes, the beer was decent and the chili was bark. have I mentioned that it is directly opposite the beach?

We had visited Chakara restaurant for lunch. Me, my wife, daughter and our little son. We had read quite some good reviews about this restaurant and were excited to try out the food ! First of all the food took a good 45 mins to arrive. Secondly, none of the protein they used, be it fish or chicken seemed fresh. Seems to have been frozen for at least 6 months prior to cooking. The masala is ok but the meat absolutely lacked flavor. One important thing is that you will have loads of flies for company when you eat there !!! The only good thing I felt was that they served beer in the restaurant so I could enjoy it with my family.. apart from that, it’s a complete hoax, don’t go by the photos or websites. Utter waste of money and seeing the quality of food, it is unjustly and too highly priced !

Chakara restaurant is a nice restaurant in beach road and have delicious sea foods. But sometimes their service is very poor. Actually they are not best at treating their customers.
