Chicken Salad Chick - Albany

$10 for a very basic sandwich small side. It’s very basic. The croissant wasn’t treated in anyway, just removed from the pack and served it was cold, not buttered and toasted or at least toasted, just cold. Chicken salad decent enough. Just basic. Nothing that will make you say, “wow that’s flavorful!” Meh. On a hot summer day, you want a cold lunch, this will do, but for $10 I can go to Sams and get premade chicken salad and a pack of croissants to feed 5 vs 1.

Went tonight to pick up a order, went to the drive thru window(never had a issue) the young lady came up got her phone and went to sit down, I sat for 5min thinking she’ll come back and didn’t, I went inside it was a group sitting down, she claimed she didn’t hear me but the group started laughing!!!

This place saved my daughter’s birthday party wishes after our local store cancelled our order 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. She loves Chicken Salad Chick and wanted chicken salad and a pumpkin cheesecake for her party. We were able to order everything here at the last minute with a quick pick up time. The food was excellent and service, too. I will definitely come back to this restaurant for my large orders in the future!

They are RACIST assffff. The food is ok but the customer service is HORRIBLE. THEY DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS! The manager chastity was rude and didn’t want to replace my food! I’ve already sent cooperate a email and voicemail. This is my second issue in this store which is why I don’t eat here. Thanks for re-confirming that your business is trash.

I usually get the sandwich, pasta and pickle with a small cookie, love it. Tried the salad once and I only got lettuce with a scoop so I'm sticking to my sandwich order which has never been messed up.
