We ordered cheese curds and mac and cheese bites as appetizers, but they seemed overpriced given their small portions; they were more akin to side dishes than starters. Additionally, the restaurant only accepted cash, and the staff appeared indifferent as we searched for someone who could help us access an ATM since we couldn't use our cards. While we kept our composure, they did not. If you’re visiting from out of town, I suggest trying a different place; you can enjoy a much better burger at Culver's! Overall, I would rate the service a 0 and the food a 1.
This restaurant serves the finest patty melts you'll find anywhere. The charming small-town vibe creates a unique atmosphere that you might miss if you're not paying attention, but it's definitely worth a visit. Additionally, it's a fantastic spot for families with children!
The cheese curds were amazing, and the bluegill fish fry was outstanding. I will definitely come back!
I stopped by for a quick meal and a beer on a Saturday afternoon. The draft beer was served in chilled mugs, and the fresh burgers, along with the Badgers game on TV, made it the perfect break during my drive through the countryside on a beautiful fall day.
Fantastic restaurant! I have to give a shout-out to the bartender—he's amazing! The owner's family is also wonderful!
