Contribuisci feedbackFantastic Indian food. Hard to find a place that makes both North and South Indian food well, and Delhi Diner delivers on that front! The food is delicious, quantities are generous, and everyone is so kind and friendly. I've been eating here for years, and they've kept up their quality. My favorite Indian place in the Berkeley/Albany area.
The service was excellent, and the food exceeded our expectations. Thank you for providing a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to returning!
The prices of what i payed did not match what was advertised in the menu, the samosas were beyond over priced and what they gave me was the tiny little ones you can get from costco and it was super burnt from the inside and outside, so either the chef doesnt know how long to cook for or they keep the samosa frozen over time and just toss in oil when ordered, the outside was too burnt as was the inside for something “fresh” if it wasnt for the chutney it wouldnt even be edible and even then it was like eating charcoal with some tamarind paste
I wish I could give 0 stars, the manager was super rude and didn’t care about customers feedback. She was very arrogant and had super huge ego.
Avoid!!! Ordered vegetarian food which was absolutely pathetic. 1. Kadhai Paneer was tasteless 2. Bhendi masala included uncooked vegetables 3. Gobi Manchurian was rock hard, May be they provide hammer as part of cutlery 4. Dal was spicy enough that a spoon of dal had to be watered down by a glass of water. 5. Considering all these we asked one tea instead of 10. The tea was pathetic too, was soapy enough to tell us what the soap is being used. 6. More importantly, the manager had an attitude where she didn’t want to even acknowledge the concerns or take feedback. Instead she was telling its ok. Ex- look at the reviews, their response is only towards positive comments. No response is given to negative reviews. Not even a sorry for the experience.
