Dunkin' - Albany

Hard location, tricky parking and drive through set up. Slow drive through almost every time. Often the order is wrong. They are usually understaffed and super popular. Other than that, it's a Dunkin with a drive thru. Patience and you will have something tasty. Caution and you will make it out of the parking lot unscathed.Update- today they forgot the sausage in my sausage, egg, and cheese and the bagel was cut weird, neither top or bottom lol and squished.

Consistent excellent service. Only issue is when they're understaffed and they have to close walk-in orders.

The two young ladies working today 11.12.23 at around 4pm were so very pleasant, polite, and respectful, wish I would have got their names to give them praise! I was in such a rush. Hope I see them again so I can tell them in person!

Not sure if this is all dunkins or just this location but they used the same spoon to mix all the drinks. I got almond milk in my coffee and am worried that if someone with a nut allergy comes in there is cross contamination. Also, I got almond milk because regular milk does not agree with my stomach and now my coffee is cross contaminatedDietary restrictions: Use the same spoon to mix all the drinks. so if you prefer non/dairy there is cross contamination. And if you’re allergic to nuts be careful.

Dine in is an absolute joke ! Today the drive through line was out to southern blvd and not to my surprise the inside was closed for order taking. They leave a sign out EVERYDAY instructing all customers to order from the drive through. I’m sure it’s because they have very little workers but this is unacceptable people want to wake up do their normal morning routine. Customers are suffering SEND HELP HERE IMMEDIATELY!
