Dunkin' Donuts - Albany

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. Although I don’t know their names, there is a fantastic man and woman duo who work in the mornings when I arrive. They are friendly, polite, and great at engaging in conversation, providing excellent customer service. They recognize the regulars and remember their orders, which is a nice touch. They are truly wonderful and incredibly funny. Plus, the location is conveniently close to my workplace, making it easy for me to stop by for a quick bite before heading to work.

The two lovely ladies who assisted me this morning were incredibly friendly and professional. They guided me with my order and explained how to process a refund through the mobile app for an item I decided I no longer wanted.

I visit this Dunkin' every time I'm in Albany since it's conveniently situated in the same building as our Albany office. The staff is friendly, but the line can get quite long, so I recommend using the Dunkin' app to place your order if you have it. The only downside is that the space can be cramped, and sometimes items are placed in the line area, which hinders wheelchair access. Additionally, the straws are hard to reach for those in wheelchairs.

Who doesn't love Dunkin' Donuts? However, if your hot beverage comes with a lid on it, check under the lid before purchasing to make sure you got a full cup. My fav drink is the vanilla chai latte but time and again when I look under the lid I notice that my cup is only two-thirds full. This is unacceptable when a medium costs over $3. Buyer beware!

Had hazel coffee is the best!
