Contribuisci feedbackI typically don't leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered the sautéed beef with wild peppers through Uber Eats, and it arrived soggy and soupy. For $23.99, the portion size was also underwhelming. Overall, I spent $33.00, which felt like a complete waste of money. Food rating: 1/5.
The dining environment is very dirty. I even found a piece of hair in my noodles. The bathroom is dirty, the kitchen looks dirty, overall experience is very bad.
Bad experience.Let me share my experience: I ordered from Uber eats many times from this restaurant since I do not have a car. Once they forgot the rice and refused to send me the rice. So I have to eat the dish only which is of course not enough. The same thing happened with the northeast restaurant, and they are so nice to apologize and send me the rice only. And the food in northeastern is better. I never expected that. I swear I am just a student here.
I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was let down. The eggplant was flavorful, but it was overwhelmed by a cornstarch-heavy sauce. The yam with fungus was an interesting dish and quite enjoyable. I’m willing to give it another chance since the staff were friendly and efficient.
We went to this place twice on the same weekend, definitely worth a visit. Boiled Fish is really good, and other classic sichuan dishes are delicious. The second time we went, we decided to order some different dishes (not strictly sichuan ones). Cabbage with vermicelli has quite a lot of vinegar, which I love, but may not be everyone's favorite if you are not into sour food. Chongqing Spicy Chicken and eggplant stuffed with meat are to avoid. My advice is to stick with the classic sichuan dishes you see elsewhere. They excel in those.
