Contribuisci feedbackI accidentally gave them a one-star review on Uber Eats—something I rarely do. I would gladly change it if there were a way to do so. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and stated that they would not deliver to me because of that review. I tried to explain that it was a mistake, but she was completely unhelpful. It's hard to believe that a restaurant would deny service in an effort to manipulate their reviews. I'm utterly disappointed and hope to speak with someone more understanding during the day shift tomorrow.
I was really impressed by the portion size of my dish and how they kept the toppings separate from the broth, preventing them from getting soggy. I’ll definitely return; they've won me over as a customer!
Lived here 1 year and finally tried this place. Atmosphere is good, wait staff pleasant but busy since it seemed to be only her and the rookie sushi chef or just someone they found in the back. Dumpling appetizer didn't hold together well. Had to eat itquick before the filling can fall out. Kani salad was the best part of the meal. For the sushi, let's say I won't be back. I hadthe Spicy Roll combo, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and spicy crab. All looked like ground beef, raw. I never had ground fish at asushi restaurant. It was disgusting. I should have looked at the photos before going there. Also, if you order jasmine tea,it's not hot but from a bottle, cold.
The food is consistently excellent, but tonight the waitress truly went above and beyond to ensure my son had a wonderful experience. He’s just 3 years old and really wanted his sushi served in a boat (even though he was only having one roll). I asked, expecting her to say no, and while she did initially decline (which was completely understandable), I was pleasantly surprised when his roll arrived on a boat, and he absolutely loved it! She also took a moment to chat with him and give him some extra attention, which was much appreciated. Anyone with kids will understand how valuable that is. I definitely recommend visiting this place. The sushi is fantastic, and the poke bowls are huge!
Dear Kuma Ani, I used to absolutely LOVE this place. All you can eat was what I came for. Service was quick, staff was friendly. I went here so often, I asked one of the staff if I could purchase one of their T-shirts. The waitress said she didn'thave any in stock in the restaurant at the moment, but she had spares at home and she was willing to run home to get one for meto purchase. I tipped her generously for that extra service, of course! They used to be the absolute BEST all u can eat sushispot around. I even bought their keychain with their logo on it. This place used to be amazing. HOWEVER. A few years back theystopped doing all-you-can eat. I don't know why, I can only assume it's because my friends and I cost them too much money withhow much sushi we ate! I'm sure the sushi is still delicious and freshly made-to-order, but I'm rating three stars anywaybecause I haven't been back since they removed the buffet. If you're reading this, please bring back all-you-can eat. I willcome back and edit my review to be 5 stars! (Plus, I need to buy a new shirt because I got so large after all the buffets I ate!I was a medium, now I'm an XL. So thanks for that! Sincerely, A huge fan, longing for the comeback of the true King of AYCESushi.
