Madison's Subs Wings - Albany

The meat lover's pizza arrived cold, which I realize could be a delivery issue. That said, there was barely any red marinara sauce, if any at all, and the overall taste was lacking. The dough was also undercooked. I requested paper plates and utensils but received nothing. As a result, I had to reheat the pizza slices, which I ended up sitting on tissues in my hotel. I certainly wouldn't order from here again. I managed to eat one and a half slices because I was hungry, but I ended up throwing the rest away.

The pizza crust and the dough for the garlic knots are exceptional (everything about the garlic knots is fantastic, not just the dough). I fully expect my rating to rise to 5 stars once I discover my perfect topping combination, at which point I’ll never go to another pizza place in Albany.

It's the perfect late-night destination. If you're looking to satisfy your hunger after a night out or if you've realized you're in Albany where places close early, this is the place to be. The prices might not quite match the food quality, but I understand they need to make a profit too. I recommend stopping by for some wings and pizza. I didn't have a chance to take photos since it was late and we were too hungry to wait, but everything we had was tasty.

We wanted a New York style pizza tasty pizza. Not what we got. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza. No flavor, barely any topping little to no sauce. A lot like eating dry bread?

The chicken wrap I bought was perfect; on the other hand, the garlic knots were overcooked. Good place, sound selections for a pizza shop
