Mirbeau Albany

I had a hydro-facial. It felt very rushed less-than 30 minutes, although I was a little late to the appointment. Very basic with little explanation of products used not worth the $200 price tag for this facial.

Charged my wife twice the second time without her consent, while we were out of town on our anniversary, over $600 in unauthorized charges and they acted like it was no big deal, they were not very concerned with the position it had left us in, and they promised it would have been returned to the account the next day 3 days later it still was not returned. We finally got the money back but not a single ounce respect or anything offered in return for their screw up, what they did was illegal. I will never step foot in this place again.

Went to the spa for a massage and Joey was my therapist. He asked about how I was feeling which was nice but then listened to what I was saying! He worked slowly and thoroughly and the massage was amazing. I never felt rushed or on a time clock like I sometimes feel there due to the fact they have another massage right after. It felt like he cared and the energy was very positive. Thank you to Joey and I’ll be back!

I like this spa, however, the ladies who did our pedicure were talking non stop and mine neglected to give me a massage! Slightly disappointed

I give this a three star because we have had wonderful experiences in Rhinebeck but no so much in Albany. Last time my wife and I went she got me a 100 minute massage for my birthday. It seemed like the woman was on her phone for most of the time. All through out she would stop the massage, leave one hand resting somewhere on my person while doing something for sometimes minutes at a time with her other hand. Disappointing to say the least when you pay a premium here. We have been to Rhinebeck a couple of times and it was great. If you're in Greene County I would recommend going to see Lenora Freese. She is amazing and you will NOT be disappointed.
