Olive Garden Albany

Smelled like dirty mop bucket water coming in and I knew I should have left then but my girls wanted pasta. Ordered an appetizer that should have never seen the light of day and was quickly reminded why these places, specifically chains, are horrible. Main entrees weren't even hot, again nothing like pictured. When employees don't give a **** you get **** food, **** service. We should have just left, will never be back. They don't care, the customer gets time wasted, **** food, the waitress doesn't get a tip.

On a Monday night around 8:30 PM, my experience at this restaurant was lukewarm at best. Despite being on the waiting list, there was no one to greet us upon arrival. The seating was cramped and crowded, so we decided to move to the bar area. Unfortunately, we found water and spills on the floor and trash under our table, which left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The restroom conditions were also unhygienic. It felt like the staff was more interested in rushing us out than providing a pleasant dining experience. On a positive note, our server Antonio was sweet and accommodating. However, the food was quite bland. After we addressed our concerns, the timing and pace of service improved. We only chose this restaurant because of gift cards, and I believe Olive Garden has the potential to do much better.

We have been getting the to go orders. Always hot and what you ordered. Good customer service and atmosphere when you dine in. Food is really good and cooked to order. Thank you BAA

My family and I go to Olive gardens on special occasions because the food is not exactly cheap, but its great for its price so when ever we have enough money we go and have a good time there, play on the little tablet thingies, eat, have a good time and leave with delicious chocolates. The service is good the staff is friendly, the ambience is cozy, the mozzarella sticks are a must get. The Tour of Italy (i think that's what it was called i haven't been there in a bit) dish is definitely one of my favorites, three different things in one dish. and when you leave everyone gets their own little bar of mint chocolate. 10/10

Went for the wife's birthday, the wait was not that long waited in the bar soon found the AC is out and was to hot, we was seat as we walked to the table noticed a large bucket catching water as I showed the wife it dripped on her head she was not happy. Dinner was ok after a very long wait. At the end of the Meal we waited 15 min and no one returned with the check. We paid at the table. This will be closed by the health department if they see the AC not working and the buckets of water. We will not return.
